Here is a poster for the upcoming Barking Carnival. This was another competition I had entered to not only teach me how to work in a professional manner, but I felt it would be good to display an array of work. I had been inspired by Psychadelic work. Mainly by some of Jimmi Hendrix album covers and posters I had researched when making my magazine layout. Here I had used a form of mixed media by blocking out someone who actually participated in the Barking Carnival last year. I had tried to keep this simple as our clients wanted this to be a simple but efficient poster. At the time that I have put this in my Portfolio, I have no idea who won or become runner up however I am not too worried about the result as I think I produced an excellent piece of work.
